Kiana Jones
Kiana started dabbling in makeup effects in 2012, with the aid of YouTube, Reddit, and special makeup effects books and forums. The last seven years she’s uploaded tutorials on makeup effects onto youtube, while also working on feature films, short films, music videos, photoshoots, and museum exhibits. Kiana also has worked at three makeup effects studios, working on prosthetics for movies. She loves teaching and passing on her knowledge about prosthetic makeup.
Marc Clancy
Marc is a self taught special effects artist with a background in Fine Art Sculpture. He is an advisor to the Faculty of Health and Medicine Newcastle Australian college of moulage. Marc also runs the Australian Special Effects group on Facebook with Kiana which now has over 2000 members including both hobbyists and industry professionals. He has worked on several Australian made films and has run sell out classes teaching his skills to beginners and experience makeup artists.
Marc focuses primarily on out of kit effects. Pushing products to their limits and proving you don’t always need expensive materials to create realism.
